If you’re a small client—a fit-up or startup—don’t be afraid to call a Rexnord distributor. I’ve had them treat a $500 order with the same due diligence as a $50,000 order. Small orders get the same engineering support. It’s one of those things that feels like a cliché, but it’s true in practice.
